Order Processing

Generally, we will send items as soon as possible once your payment is completed. Order fulfillment may take 1–5 business days.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday and are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Time

We do not guarantee delivery times for international shipments due to differences in customs clearing times in individual countries, which may affect how quickly your product is inspected.

We ship worldwide and some of our merchandise may ship from different locations such as the United States, Europe, China, and Australia.

Delivery may take anywhere from 7–14 business days on average. This depends on the customs and import process in your country.

Shipping Method

In the United States, we primarily use UPS, USPS, and other major carriers. For other countries, shipping depends on your local postal service.

Please contact us as soon as you realize you need to change your delivery address. We can only change addresses before the order is shipped.

Once the order has been shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.

How do I cancel an order?

Please contact us immediately after placing your order if you need to cancel it.

Once the order has been processed or shipped from our warehouse, we are no longer able to cancel it.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Tracking updates may take a few days to appear.
